About the Programme

The BA English–Psychology Double Major is an interdisciplinary programme combining language, literature, cultural studies, and behavioural sciences to equip students with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and research competencies.

The English component builds creativity, critical thinking, and cultural literacy, while the Psychology component lays a solid foundation for careers in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Industrial Psychology, and Human Resource Management. Learning is facilitated through technology-enabled methods including language labs, digital platforms, and interactive classrooms. By year three, students graduate with both majors and may further specialise by pursuing an Honours or Honours with Research programme in either English or Psychology.
