The B.Com. International Business and Finance (CPA Integrated) programme prepares students for global accounting and finance careers by embedding CPA-aligned learning within a three-year B.Com degree, with the option of a fourth year for B.Com Honours under NEP 2020. The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a leading international accounting credential, recognised for its focus on financial reporting, auditing, taxation and business regulation. The programme builds these competencies through dedicated courses in international accounting, auditing and taxation, supported by a strong foundation in commerce, business law and economics. Graduates are equipped for careers in accounting and audit firms, multinational finance teams and global capability centres, and are better prepared to pursue the CPA qualification.
Dedicated courses in International Financial Accounting and Reporting, International Auditing, International Technical Accounting and International Taxation across Semesters III to VI, delivered alongside the core B.Com curriculum.
Training in both US GAAP and IFRS, enabling graduates to work across US and international reporting environments.
Coverage of cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, business law and regulatory compliance, complemented by Indian direct and indirect tax law.
